- Bid / Offer: identifies who is proposing what.
- Documents and Evidence: supports identity, authority and the proposition.
- Search: helps users find relevant information and possibilities.
- AI: assesses the information and choices already in view.
- AI+: can reshape the choice set—for example, by changing the counterparty, timing, structure or route to execution.
- Choice and Intent: the person makes the choice; POI records that intent.

Compliance & Governance
verify and test permission
- WaD: verifies the relevant identity, authority and supporting evidence, then tests whether the proposed action is permitted. It is the governance gate.

Execution

Execution implements the permitted action.

settlement function (optional)
Finality records or confirms settlement of the action.

Memory
cumulative value
Memory records the evidence, choices, permissions, actions, outcomes and Capital Deployed Assessment (CDA) across transactions. Its value compounds: each transaction adds to the history that can inform decisions and make the platform more useful in later transactions.

Execution and Finality are optional stages.
